I am unaware of any. With permission from Gunnar perhaps I (or Gunnar!) can find a way to share it via bittorrent. That method of distribution makes sense to me for large files. I've never created a torrent, but I'm sure it can't be all that difficult ...

I'm still unable to download the image (including Franks mirror). This is from home (crap internet) and work (fat pipes). Any other mirrors or torrents available?

Thanks to frank for making this available; I've been able to retrieve the img in a few short minutes, whereas I have been trying/failing the original link for days now. May I suggest publishing via bittorrent? Is there a moral/technical/legal reason to not do that? That should result in less load on the original server and better throughput for the rest of us.

Hi, I can't download either 1.4 or 1.4 with bonus. It fails at 1.1GB of downloaded data - tried few times :(
