Can I configure a configuration to be loaded and started as default? without any trace of the emulator?

Yes - took me a while to figure it out. In Amiberry under configurations there are 10 configs called something like "config0 (one of the configs you can select to autoboot)"
You need to use one of those and leave its name as-is - for example mine is called - config0 with the description (A1200_P96_030)
Then you need to quit emulation and in linux go to option 7, then emulatorconfig then type uaeconf0.
