Assuming I do not have a Pi 3, only 3b+ is there a prebuilt sd-card image that has already had all the 3 upgrade steps performed so that I can simply flash an SD card and go ?
Alternatively when can we expect a working version for the 3b+ ?

This an active commercial product not part of Amiga Forever. Amiga Forever 8 (Check yours) has an emulation you can install Amiga OS 4.1 on an A4000 With Cyberstorm PPC virtual card in it. I have it loaded and can get on internet with OS4 (A2065 enabled in AF config). I have been using the rest of Amiga Forever package (OS 1.3-3.9) and AmiNet.net much more on my Pi 3B and 4.
I am using the AmigaSYS4 image from Amiga Forever, *** ClassicWB images*** require a process and WB disks, but are mostly preconfigured. (http://classicwb.abime.net/classicweb/uae.htm , and mostly I use a majorly modded Workbench 3 profile from Amiga Forever machine, and have upgraded to iBrowse 2.5 and installed AMISSL, AWEB 3.4 (Included in Workbench 3 machine) and AmiTradeCenter (ATC) (FTP) and SimpleFTP. I have thus far not had to install AmiTCP or Miami (Amiga TCP/IP Stacks for hardware networking). Make sure A2065 is enabled on configuration tab on 68k Amiga Forever machines or bsdsocket.library on UAE (Amibian). I have had some challenges with non default graphics card emulation with Amibian Still investigating. I have WiFi and internet under emulation working on my 3B. Amiga Forever I have the most options so far. Have not read all UAE docs. AmiNet is still online as an archive. I use AmigaForever to access CDs I download from Archive.com and etc..
Disk Images: I copy my disk images after use to FTP server in my home router and back up using USB flash drive. Also with USB Flash drive, I can use midnight commander on Pi to pull from /media/usb0 or FTP if using Raspbian desktop and FS-UAE (see below) with downloaded anonymous FTP client / anonymous. I also access the USB drive from UAE Config to mount drives from USB0.

yeah i have a 3b+ as well and bought amigaforever and amigaos4.1 but i cant get them to run.. no information on the net too.. :(
